[/url] Rome. The all powerful city of awful glory. Where Gods and Goddesses are worshiped with ruthless slaughterings and generous givings. Where architecture is at its peak–and inventions, art, and martial attitudes flourish in the name of the Gods. Everything is thriving. Everything is growing. Until, The Romans overstepped their boundaries... A dispute over a fertile land, and clashing immortals pit the Carthaginians and the Romans against each other. Blood is spilled and lives are lost as they fight to the death in the name of their countries. The future begins to look brighter for the clever Romans as they near the end of the Second Punic War. Even as the empire is torn apart internally by the growing problem of slave revolts, the Romans seemed to have the upper hand. But when a rebellious small gladiator band escaped from the very heart of Rome, things begin to spiral out of control. Now, combined with the slave problem, new enemies are born into the war, and Rome is driven back against the ridiculous strength of the vampires. Horizons look bleak and the Romans are forced to ask the aid of their long-rivaled neighbors. But will the elves help? Or will their neutral silence lead the Romans into ruin?
