Raz got up early this morning, before the sun came up. She got dressed and walked downstairs to grab some food and a bottle of water. She did this ever so quietly and gracefully so she wouldn’t wake Eirene and Eteno. Eteno had decided to go and live with Raz so he could learn more about being a ninja. Raz had to get away to be by herself, she had just gotten done with back to back A and B ranked missions. And she was so post to go on an S ranked mission in 2 days. She had to get away from all of the work, even if just for a couple of hours. She jumped off of her room’s balcony with grace and she landed without a sound. She looked back at the house and smiled; Raz darted into town and ran down the streets. People watched with amazement, Raz was extremely fast. She speed quickly through the waterfall, she didn’t let any of it touch her. She used a jutsu of her own to move the water out of her way, but with out harming anyone around flicked it back at the waterfall. She calls this jutsu Water Whip.
Raziya didn’t stop for anything. She flew by travelers on the path. They stopped in shock and confusion. She ran in a full out sprint to the Waterfall; a place where only a hand full of ninja know its location. Most of them are young ninja. Raz didn’t stop sprinting when she saw the pond at the bottom of the waterfall; she threw off most of her clothes and everything else that she had on, the only thing that remained on was a bra and underwear. She dove into the large pond. And just stayed underwater and watched the entire bubbles float to the top. She created an air bubble around her mouth and noise so she could breathe. Raziya floated under the waterfall into a cave. That’s where she came up to the surface. She floated on top of the water for sometime relaxing, listening to the water fall off of the edge of the cliff and fall to the pond. It was very soothing. Soon Raziya started to mummer a poem that her aunt had taught her when she was very young.
“A little love goes a long way like a pat to a dog.
An angel sails on a ship across a wide ocean.
She dances the day away and in her hair is the wind and in her voice is the harmony of the sea shells.
You must dance, dear one, enough to make the sun come up, and Listen, for the wind, and the waves, and grass and trees, and clouds, forevermore Still."
Raziya finished saying the poem and started to cry, something she didn’t do. She thought back in time when her aunt taught her that poem. It was spring, cool outside, it was sprinkling. The storm had not yet come, they where outside in their yard on a swing and Raz in her aunts lap watching the sun come up.
Stop! Don’t think any more. You don’t need to think about this now. You’ve done a good job of hiding how much it hurts you, don’t let it show now. People will start to see your weaknesses. Raz took a long deep breathe and looked up at the ceiling of the cave. “It’s so beautiful.” The water was reflecting onto the ceiling and creating a ripple and a rainbow. “I wish you could be here to see this from my view, but you can still see it can’t you? Of course you can, you’re in haven.” Raziya smiled and stood up on the water to walk out of the cave to get her clothes, she looked down and then let loose. She couldn’t hold back now. The tears where hot on her cheeks, Raz lost her concentration on her chakra and fell into the pond. Everything was swirling around her. She let herself sink to the bottom, which wasn’t far, only about 5 feet from the top. Raziya shut her eyes and created an air bubble to breathe out of and stayed there until she was calm again.
About 25 minutes later she opened her eyes and swam back under the waterfall into the open world. She came up to the surface and looked around in hopes that nobody heard her. She swam to the shore and got out. She dried herself off and got dresses. The sun was still coming up, it was still chilly out. Raziya laid under the tree that her clothes had been under and closed her eyes and dosed off. She waited for someone to wake her up, considering she left a note for Eirene and Eteno saying that she was going to the waterfall.
NOTE:
Dear Eirene and Eteno, Don’t freak out if I’m not here when you wake up. I have left and gone to the Waterfall. I need some time to think and relax. I left very early this morning, so sorry if I did wake you. I did not mean to. You both can join me when you wake up, if you would like to. Love you both, Raziya

Ari had just woken up. She had had a rough night last night and was still tired. She rubbed her eyes and got out of bed. She threw on her shorts, her shirt, and her bag and headed out. Dragos wouldn't mind if she was to leave and go out for a bit. She needed some training anyways. She quickly scribbled a note in her chicken scratch and left. She would go to the waterfall.
She was thankful that the waterfall was close by because she really didn't want to walk a very far distance to get there. She stopped when she saw somebody standing there. She had brown hair with brown eyes. She was tall and looked strong. Ari didn't recognize her, so she couldn't of been from her village.
She cautiously walked over to her. She didn't talk to her though. She just sat on a nearby rock and watched the water flow down from atop the waterfall.

Raz had dosed off for a bit. She dreamed about her Aunt. She missed her so much. Raz also dreamed about a war, she didn’t know what war, but a war. The war had humans with demons and ninjas; they all where fighting one another. Raz saw her brother fall, and fall hard; he was hit by a human that played a dirty trick. When he laughed, he sounded like a pig. All of these things where going on, ninja's where being killed, humans murdered and all Raz could do was watch. Raziya couldn’t help but scream and cry because she couldn’t do anything. She saw the one person she didn’t want to see, Kuro. He was fighting his sister, Eirene, and he was winning. Everything went into slow motion as she turned her head to see the one she loved get hit. Raziya didn’t recognize this man, but she knew that she had feelings for him because her heart sank when she saw him get hit. He was tall, almost as tall as her. He had crystal blue eyes; they gleamed at Raziya as he was hit down, they where sot of saying ‘I love you.’ His black ragged hair fell in the same motion that he was hit in. Raz ran screaming, “No!” but her feet didn’t move. She stared at him as he hit the ground and she herself felt the feeling of falling; that’s because she was falling. When she hit the ground, that’s when she wok up screaming.
Raziya got up and went over to the edge of the pond to get something to drink. She was shaking uncontrollably. She looked at herself in the reflection of the water and almost started crying again.
“No, you’ve cried enough today. No more. Just take a deep breathe, yah that’s all you need. You just need to breathe Raziya, then you will be better.” Raz said this in an attempt of calming herself down. It did not work. It didn’t help that her voice was as shaky just as bad as her body. So instead of just diving into the pond again and getting all of her clothes wet she walked over to a rather large rock at the base of the waterfall and sat. She pulled her legs up to her chest and shut her eyes and as the mist of the waterfall landed on her said, “It was only a nightmare. It was only a dream.” She emphasized the words nightmare and dream.
About 20 minutes later, after she had gotten a hold of herself again, she was breathing a steady breath. By now she was just sitting on the rock in a normal with her head lent back and her eyes shut, listening to the waterfall. She was humming the poem to herself again when she heard a rock kicked, her head flew around and she jumped into a deface poison on the rock Kunai knife out and everything.
Hmm, this girl doesn’t look like any harm. Rather she looks scared out of her wits. Hmm, brown short hair, red eyes, small tank-top with really short shorts. Hmm, a bag that looks big enough to hold different ninja items, and umha, there it is her ninja village badge. So she’s from the Moon Village. And she’s only a Chunin. Okay she’s no threat to me.
Raziya relaxed and said in an emotionless voice, “Who are you and, why are you here?”

Who are you and why are you here?
Ari looked up at the voice. It was the person she saw when she first came here. She was tall and looked powerful. She sounded like she thought she was the boss of everything. Ari didn't like it. She just spelled out 'get out now'.
"Who I am is on a need-to-know basis, and since this isn't a need-to-know kind of thing, you won't find out," she answered her first question. "The waterfall is an open training ground to all ninja. I can come and go as I please without being harassed by anyone, including you."
She looked at her ninja band. Village Hidden in the Waterfall. Those ninja just stirred up trouble as much as possible, didn't they? They were also on the opposing side of her village. She sighed.
"Look, I know that you want to know lots of things, but not everything can be answered with monotone voices and forceful actions." She looked at the waterfall, "You can answer the question of 'When will the sun set? and When will the sun rise?', but the more complex questions you can't answer. Sometimes you have to be kind and not know things that are, and what will happen."
She stopped talking after that. She was still tired and didn't really want to talk to this girl. She just wanted to watch the waterfall and never leave. Never have to go back to the divided villages. She just wanted to forget the threats and the violence that is about to be taking place. She just wanted to relax for once in her life.

"Sorry I guess you are right." Raziya said this with more emotion in her voice. "I didn’t mean to come off in that way it's just, you startled me." Raz couldn’t think of anything else to say. So she stepped down from the rock and bowed at the girl. So Raz thought about answering the girl’s questions again.
"Yes I agree names are a need to know basis, and I think that this is one of those times. Well then, my name is Raziya Nara, Jonin of the Village Hidden in the Waterfall, but you already know that because I saw you looking at my village badge. Yes the waterfall is an open to all ninja, and my assisters where one of the first to discover it. I am guessing that same goes for you considering that only the younger generations of ninja know where it is located." Raz paused and waited for a minute, "I am sorry if I did offend you, I did not mean to. It’s just that I’ve had a rough morning."
So the girl knows how to negotiate. Very well. I have to say she is right; I did over step many rules of my own. She’s right I do want to know lots of things. Like whom she is. Think Raz you know this. Think, all of your great, great, great grandfather Shikamaru's friends disbursed after the war to rebuild the villages. Could she be related to one of them?
"Very good point about the sun. I grant you that." Raziya softened her tone even more, "Again I am sorry about my actions, and you startled me. And I am a ninja that many people want dead, so as you can guess I must always be on my guard. I hope you can forgive me. I have answered my own questions; may you please answer them too? I promise I will not attack you."

She took in a deep breath, "Alright. My name is Aristotle Uzumaki. Ari for short. I'm not afraid of you attacking me either. I'm also a Jonin. I may look younger, but I'm very skilled. I'm not saying you did, but a lot of people judge me on my size and the way I look and act."
She smiled to her, "If being a real ninja means all work and no play, then I want to be a fake one. One who doesn't worry about wars or midnight attacks or any of that crap. I just want to relax and not have any worries."
She sighed, "I'm here because I have nowhere else to go but home. I love my brother and all, but I need another place to escape also. This is where I come to escape everything and everyone. Normally, no one is here early in the mornings, but that's okay."
She looked up at the sky, "People say to always think about the future or look into the past, but never to think in the present. A heard a wise man once say, 'Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift. That is why it is called the present.'"

Uzumaki! She's oh what was his name, um, um, Naruto! one of the leaders of the Leaf. So she is a Jonin, hm, she doesnt look like she is but i will belive her.
"Well it's very nice to meet you Ari. and I am honored to be in the presents of an Uzmaki. Our great, great, great Grandparents were on teams with each other, they fought in the war together." Raz said in a relaxed tone. Raz was truly happy to be with someone who understood her point of view about the saifty.
"well you are here for the same reason as me. i just got done with back to back A and B ranked missions, and i go on an S ranked mission in 2 days. i understand the family thing too, i live with my younger brother and a friend on my own. i choose to move out of my parents house for their safity." raz had to think, she was often here very early in teh morning. maybe she jsut hadnt been here at the same time as Ari.
"Well i am often here this early, maybe we jsut miss each other."
What am i doing, i'm giving out too much infomation! what if she is an assian that is going to kill you then your family. but she does understand so many things too. Raziya thought for a minute and looked up at the sky too, "Yes the present is a gift. thats why we must use it wisely."
A couple minutes passed then Raiya said, "Do you want to talk in the cave? I can show you a way to get in."

She looked around, "Nah. I like the open better. It's a lot more freeing and fun. I don't like being restricted." She smiled at the sun, "Plus I like the sun, even though I'm as pale as pale as can be."
She sighed. The sun was rising. That means she would have to go soon. She didn't like having to go on missions lately. They just involved spying and attacking now a days. She got an awful taste in her mouth. "I don't like missions now. All they have to deal with is fighting and death. I hate death. It's not a very fun subject to deal with."
She thought of everything that's happened. She's seen people murdered and killed among other things. Villages rampaged. She hated the feeling of it all.
"I'm not sure if being a ninja is worth it anymore. I want to live of to Naruto and all his friends, but I can't do it if death is as needed as food."

“Okay that’s fine. Now that you mention it, the outside is freer. I hope then you don’t mind if I sit down, I’m sort of tired.” Raz had said and sat down on the rock again. Ari was pale, she looked like a ghost. If she where to stand next to Raz, Ari would be invisible. Something caught Raz’s eye and she turned her head.
Man the sun is rizing that means that Eteno will be getting up soon. This means he will wake up Eirene and they will no doubt be here soon. I should probably get home to fix a good breakfast, I promised Eteno that I would train him on some stuff today, and I said I wasn’t going to go easy on him.
Raziya squinted her eyes at the sun and groaned, “You will probably meet my brother and Eirene soon. Eteno gets up like right as the sun breaks the village, and that is early. And when he gets up, he wakes me up then he wakes Eirene up too.” Raz groaned again, “And all he wants to do is train to be better than me. Man I love my little brother, but he can be a huge pain in the ass sometimes.” Raz ended with a chuckle in her voice.
Ari said something about mot liking missions lately because all they consisted of was killing and spying then killing. Raziya couldn’t deny it. The S ranked mission she was going on was to transport a person of some great power and to kill anyone who opposes. She would be the only one guarding the man, but the mission details said to kill any foreign ninja, no matter what. Raz didn’t like killing but knew that was apart of being a ninja.
“Well that’s just being a ninja is. If you get handed a mission to kill someone you do it. Hay I don’t like to do it either, so you’re not the only one. At least I have a good reason, not saying that your reason isn’t good. It is a good one but still being a ninja is protecting your village, and that is we ninja must do at this time. The Akatsuki are rebuilding up again, and they are going to be a lot of them, so be ready.”
Raziya thought about what Ari had said about living up to the name of Naruto and his friends, Raz did want to live up to her ancestor Shikamaru Nara. “Well I want to honor Shikamaru Nara too, but I have duties to do. And I will do them no matter what, but I do know when to say no, do you? There is always a point in a mission where you have to say no if it isn’t worth taking a life. I have had to stop a mission because I was told to assassin a man who was a part of a killing spree in a city, but I couldn’t finish the mission because I saw that there where 3 young kids in the house with the man. I sent a warning to him saying that the only reason I didn’t kill him was because he was a father. I knew when to say no. I do hope that all of these blood thirsty missions don’t lead to another war. Oh!” Just then Raziya’s dream made since, another war was going to break out. And she knew who would probably start it, Kuro. Raz looked at Ari with a surprised look, she waited for Ari to say something.

Ari looked at the waterfall, "I know when enough is enough. I've also had my fair share of things."
She thought back to the first time they all arrived at the Moon Village. It was desolate and unearthed. Nothing would grow and no water could be found. Everyone went hungry and thirsty. People reverted to cannibalism. Her mom and dad died from it. Dragos wouldn't let anything happen to her.
They survived through these years. Now they just live with one another, in a small house on top of a hill. This story may not of been when she could say enough was plenty, but, who did? Who started it and who ended it?
"Look," Ari started, "I'm not saying that you haven't had rough times, because everyone has in their own way." She looked up at the brightly shinning sky. "But, the future holds bright things. Even if the world looks dim and dark now, it will still be clear and bright in the future. For now, we all should just think about the here and the now. Like, what's happening now? I know that I'm talking with you. I know that many people are waking up and being assigned missions.
"But, the one thing that we need to look for in the future is peace and harmony towards each village. That's the one thing we always need to think about. Not war and rage."

"Well I’ve had my fair share too. My past isn’t the brightest." Raziya thought back again to her past and shook her head so she would stop thinking about it.
No you've thought about it enough for today. Don’t beat yourself up even more for something that you couldn’t help. It wasn’t your fault that they where killed. Now stop thinking about it.
Raziya looked at Ari, "I know that's not what you meant. I know from angles that not everybody has the perfect life."
Raz looked at a bank of feather clouds that where passing by. She sighed and said, "You must dance, dear one, enough to make the sun come up, and Listen, for the wind, and the waves, and grass and trees, and clouds, forevermore, still. Harmony is something that we lost many years ago and we need it back more than ever now. I don’t want to go to war with anybody.
"Ya I have met you, and look at us. I never talk to anyone like this, well in this good of a conversation this soon. I don’t trust very many people. And we both are from villages that hate each other and we aren’t killing watch other, I thin that is a sign that we can have peace again if we tried." Raz said this and smiled.

Ari smiled at her, "That sounds good. I would love for peace and happiness to live in every village. I think that every village wants peace with one another, but they're too afraid to admit it. They are too tense because of this Akatsuki thing beginning to start up once more."
She looked at the forest she had came from to get here. She knew kids would start to ascend to here. Lots of kids loved to train at the waterfall. She would have to start to hang around the forest, or the waterfall at night.
"I know our villages hate each other and are on completely different sides. That doesn't mean the kids and adults have to hate on another. I bet the leaders want to be allies in this war. The Akatsuki was very powerful back when they still had the creators and stuff. I just hope they don't get that powerful again. That could in disaster."

“Ya I know my leader once said to me that she wished that we all would stop acting like 2 year olds and just get along. She knows that there is a war coming and she wants to know that she can have a true alliance with the other villages.” Raziya flinched when Ari said Akatsuki. Raz hated that name so much; Kuro had the guts to fight her, and now a war. Raz saw Ari look over to the forest.
Hmm, Eteno and Eirene should be coming down soon. They will want to train. Plus many other young ninja will come and see us training and want to train with us. I wish this place wasn’t on the map, I wish it was only known by few ninja and they didn’t come often, like it used to be.
“I hate that name. I can’t stand Kuro. He is the one who has the guts to start the Akatsuki up again, and I know quite a bit about him.” Raziya said this in a cold voice, “And you’re right, when he does start this war, I know he will, all of the villages need to be together. If we aren’t, we won’t win. Damn you Kuro.” When Raz said this she started to rub her right shoulder with her left hand. When she got into the fight with Kuro he injured her horribly in her right shoulder, although she didn’t let it show to anybody, she healed it herself. She couldn’t do any heavy train for almost a year because she tore 2 muscles and dislocated it, she will never forgive Kuro for what he did.
“I agree, I trust you right now. That just shows that not everybody has those same feelings about the hate and war.” Raz paused, “They where strong, Naruto, Shikamaru, and everybody else had to battle them. Some lost their lives, some didn’t, and others where lucky to escape with a last breathe. The name Itachi should ring a bell; he is Kuro’s great, great, great grandfather. Kuro is just like Itachi, strong and emotionless. That’s why his sister lives with me. She left that village because he went on a killing spree and will not stop until he gets what he wants. And right now that is a war to exterminate all of the villages so he becomes the supreme ruler. I know that is a lot to take in but I swear to you that is the truth.” Raz stopped and looked at Ari in the eye. Raz had said the truth, she didn’t care if it was cruel but Ari did need to know it. If Ari was going to bring up the Akatsuki she needed to know all of the facts.

She sighed heavily. Kuro. She had heard that name once before, in a bad language type situation. A few kids were talking about it in her village, along with good and bad zodiac characters. She completely disregarded the zodiac talk. Zodiac characters coming alive in people? What was that about.
She looked up at Raziya, "Well, I over-heard a few kids talking about him, along with this ridiculous notion that zodiac characters were alive in humans that cannot become ninjas. Everyone can become a ninja if they set their heart to it. I didn't really understand it, but I never thought that the Akatsuki was going to start up again either. Maybe it is possible."
She thought about it for another moment. Could the spirits of the zodiac characters actually come alive in humans? And what about this ridiculousness about not being able to become a ninja. Everyone can at least learn thai-jutsu. What was coming to the world? Will it end with this final war?

“Oh so he has spread the word. Believe that too because it is true. Zodiacs are becoming demons that live inside people, and they can’t become ninja. The reason is that their chakra level is way different than ours. We don’t know how to help them control it and their demons are different than the ones we know. Naruto’s fox demon was sealed in him, but these kids where born with theirs. Their demons control them. I heard that a couple of medical ninja where running some experiments to see if we could separate the demon from the person, they did 4 tries. Every time the child died. The demon has bonded with the person’s body, if you try to separate them, it’s like you’re cutting the person in half and telling them they have to live.” Raziya paused to think and breathe. She didn’t know how to tell Ari the hard truth about what Kuro had in plan of the war.
Some time passed and Raziya finally said, “Kuro wants the bad zodiacs to join him and fight with him. If I’m correct on what Kuro wants them to do, he is going to teach them how to completely release their demons. And if he does that, those people will be extremely strong. And they will kill anyone that gets in their way. It doesn’t matter who you are, the only ones that can stop them,” Raz stopped, her head flew to the forest, “Did you hear that?” Raziya stared at the forest path until she saw a group of young genin walk out and stare at them.
“Ari I know a place where we can finish this conversation, would you like to join me there? As the duties of being a Jonin, you know this information should not be said with young ears around. What do you say, it’s not far from here.” Raz looked at the genin and gave them a cold look. She saw one of them pull out a kunia and stand in a defense position.
Hm, go figure. A young genin from the sand village would do that. All they know is that Ari and I aren't from their village so we are the enemy. I will show them that they need to respect all ninja.
“Can you hold that thought for a moment Ari?” Before Ari could answer Raziya was behind the genin and saying, “You do know you should never do what you just tried to pull with a Jonin. Really what have they told you about the other villages, that we all are bad? Well we aren’t.”
Raziya appeared in front of them and bent down to their level, “Don’t ever try to challenge anyone that looks to be stronger than you. And also,” Raz pointed to the young boy who challenged her, “learn some respect. I don’t think you treat your Sensei like that? I expect the same amount of respect as your Seinsi gets. Got it.” Raz stood up and walked over to Ari and said, "Do you want to come back tonight and finish the conversation or go somewhere else?”
